Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of Analystic, an analytics reporting workspace (“Analystic”, “we”, “us”). By signing in to or using Analystic you agree to them. If you use Analystic on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
1. The service
Analystic shows reporting data from Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and Google Ads, and optionally checks Google Tag Manager and website tag setups, for the clients an organization manages. It reads data from Google accounts that the organization connects and does not change settings in those Google services.
2. Access and accounts
- Analystic is available only to members of organizations we have approved. We may approve, limit or withdraw access.
- Keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell us or your organization admin about any unauthorized use.
- Organization admins decide who joins their organization and which Google accounts are connected.
3. Google accounts and third-party services
You may connect only Google accounts you are authorized to use for this purpose, and you are responsible for having the right to access the client data available through them. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms. Analystic depends on third-party services (including Google, Clerk, Vercel and Neon) and is not responsible for their availability or changes to them.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- access data or organizations you are not authorized to access, or try to get around access controls;
- interfere with, overload or attempt to break the security of Analystic;
- use Analystic for anything unlawful, or to check websites you have no legitimate reason to check;
- resell or provide Analystic to others without our agreement.
5. Your data
Your organization keeps all rights to its configuration and to the data in its Google accounts. You give us permission to process it only to provide Analystic. How we handle personal information and Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Our service
Analystic itself, including its software and design, belongs to its owner. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Analystic available and accurate, but we may change, suspend or discontinue features. Report figures come from Google and may differ from, or lag behind, what Google's own interfaces show.
8. Disclaimer
Analystic is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those stated in these terms, including about the completeness of data received from third parties.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business, arising from the use of Analystic. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending use
You can stop using Analystic at any time; an admin can disconnect the organization's Google accounts on the Connections page. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or access is no longer approved. Data deletion follows the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; continuing to use Analystic after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to rabe.goransson@gmail.com or through your organization's Analystic admin.
